But life happens and we literally forget to breathe throughout the day.
Especially in today's world where there is so much fear, uncertainty and doubt.
My focus is called Regenerative Breathwork or down-regulation breathing.
Slowing down with deep nasal breathing, you are able to access your parasympathetic nervous system, also known as the rest and digest system.
With consistency, you can train your body to breathe with ease and more efficiently use your breath in moments of stress, discord, anxiety and fear.
